1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile apps published by ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
We develop and publish mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play. Features vary by app; some apps include optional in-app purchases or advertising.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code, except where permitted by law
- No reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the app
- No use that is unlawful, abusive, or that disrupts the app's operation
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds, cancellations, and payment details are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms — we do not process payments directly.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content are owned by ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the license in Section 3.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue an app, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using an app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

1. Kabul
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri ("biz") tarafından yayınlanan mobil uygulamaların kullanımını düzenler. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Hizmet
App Store ve Google Play’de mobil uygulamalar geliştirip yayınlıyoruz. Özellikler uygulamaya göre değişir; bazı uygulamalarda isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alma veya reklam bulunur.
3. Lisans
Size, sahip olduğunuz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için, ilgili App Store veya Google Play koşullarına tabi olarak, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı veriyoruz.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda erişim veya kod çıkarma yapılamaz
- Yeniden satış, alt lisanslama veya dağıtım yapılamaz
- Uygulamanın işleyişini bozan veya hukuka aykırı kullanım yapılamaz
5. Satın alma ve abonelikler
Satın alma ve abonelikler, App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden Apple veya Google tarafından faturalandırılır ve yönetilir. İade, iptal ve ödeme bilgileri Apple veya Google’ın kendi koşullarına tabidir; ödemeleri doğrudan biz işlemiyoruz.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarınca korunur. Madde 3’teki lisans dışında size herhangi bir hak devredilmez.
7. Garanti reddi
Uygulamalar "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk veya kesintisiz erişilebilirlik dahil hiçbir açık veya zımni garanti verilmez.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, ifloop Bilgi Teknolojileri, uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Fesih
Bir uygulamayı veya erişiminizi istediğimiz zaman askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz.

11. Geçerli hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Türkiye) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri münhasıran yetkilidir.
